I attended my first standard reformer class on Wednesday morning with Lucy. Wow, wow, wow. Sweat-dripping, blood-pumping, muscles-aching, feeling-alive. Lucy provided such tailored individual instruction and corrected form, offered advice all the while keeping the class flowing and motivated. I considered coming with hair and makeup done ready to trot off to work straight from class- lucky I reconsidered!!! Such a great workout from a clearly very experienced and passionate trainer.
