Cancellation

 

Should you need to cancel a private session please give as much notice as possible.  The full fee may be payable if less than 24 hours notice is given.

 

Private sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost if 24 hours notice has been given.

 

​On occasion it may be necessary for me to cancel or reschedule a class.  I know changes can disrupt your schedule.  If you are unable to meet the new time an alternative will be arranged with you or you will receive a refund for the loss of that lesson.

 

Timekeeping

 

All classes will start promptly and last for 55 minutes.  

If you are late the session will finish at the prescribed time.

If I am late the time will be made up at the convenience of the client.

     

 

Payments

 

​The following are ways of accepted payment: 

 

• Cash prior to the start of the first session.

• Cheque to be paid a week prior to the first session: Cheque made payable to Lucy Thirsk.

• Bank Transfer - details to be given on request but must be paid prior to the start of the first session.

 

Block Bookings

 

A block of 5 private sessions can be booked at one time.  These sessions must be taken within a 2 month period.  This period starts from the date of the first session.

A block of 10 private sessions must be taken within a 4 month period.  This period also starts from the date of the first session.

Safety & Security

​

My studio is equipped with high quality equipment from leading manufacturers.  Every effort has been made to make the studio a safe and welcoming work-out space.  In addition, for client safety and security CCTV is in operation throughout the premises.
